AI Agents and launchpads are gaining traction on Sui as well as other chains like Base and Solana.  The meteoric rise of Virtuals Protocol on Base has lit the AI agents category fuse in crypto.  It’s sparked a new AI Agent narrative that I think will continue to build in 2025.  AI Agents and launchpads are still early on Sui so now is a good time to start looking for positions in top projects.  In this tutorial, we’ll highlight the top Sui AI Agent Launchpads and tokens so let’s get started.

In order to understand what could be coming to the Sui blockchain in regards to the AI agent craze, we must first look at where the narrative started.  The success of Virtuals Protocol on Base blockchain demonstrates the potential of AI agent launchpads, showing huge growth and reaching a 5 billion Market Cap.  Virtuals protocol has spawned some of the top AI agents in all of crypto such as aixbt ($AIXBT) and VaderAI ($VADER).  We’ve also seen the AI agent narrative skyrocket on Solana with the emergence of Fartcoin ($FARTCOIN) and Griffain ($GRIFFAIN) to name just a couple.  Great websites to monitor AI Agents mindshare and analytics are Cookie.fun and Sentient Market .  The momentum for AI agents is growing and we’re now seeing some of that trading volume move into Sui.

Crypto gaming is a good way to understand the AI agent category in my option.  For example, with crypto gaming you have infrastructure (studios) and you have individual games.  Projects like Immutable ($IMX), Gala ($GALA), and Beam ($BEAM) are studios with many games on their platform.  You then have individual crypto games like Illuvium ($ILV), Axie Infinity ($AXS), and Wilder World ($WILD).  It’s a very similar concept with AI Agent Launchpads and individual AI Agents.  The AI agent launchpads are the infrastructure like gaming studios and the agents are the individual games.  Let’s take a look at the top Sui AI agent launchpads and individual agents.

Top Sui AI Agent Launchpad

Currently, there is only one launchpad on Sui and that is Sui AI ($SUAI).  It’s similar to VIRTUALS Protocol on Base or Turbos Fun in that Sui AI is a fair launch platform for autonomous AI Agents.  The token $SUAI has exploded from around a 5 million market cap to 37 million as of today.  The Sui AI launchpad has already spawned multiple agents that have exceeded a 1 million dollar market cap which is impressive given that it’s still very new.  According to the top Sui blockchain explorers SuiVision and Suiscan, $SUAI has over 7,500 on-chain holders which is number 1 for the ecosystem’s AI token category.  If Sui AI ($SUAI) can capture even a small percentage of the volume we’ve seen on VIRTUALS, then anything under 100 million market cap seems like an interesting play.  Let’s take a look at some of the top Sui AI Agents.

The first autonomous Sui AI agent to reach a market cap over 15 million is Agent S ($S) and it’s focused on breaking crypto news.  It’s an alien themed AI agent that posts information on X about all blockchains.  It’s an AI agent that tweets about trending tokens, hot crypto topics, and more.  Some of the current functionalities of Agent S include; real-time graph analysis, Sui wallet / Phantom wallet analysis, automatic PFP animator, and AI trading examiner.

Puffy The Pufferfish on Sui

PUFFY AI could make waves on Sui.

The Stonefish is the most venomous fish in the world, and it’s ready to take over the Sui ocean.  Stonefish AI ($SAI) is a 100% community fair launch Sui AI agent meme coin.  It was launched on Turbos.Fun and bonded in under 2 hours.  The Stonefish AI team took zero percent of the allocation so the tokenomics are strong for $SAI.  Stonefish AI hit a 1.8 million market cap in December and has been trending back up to start 2025.  Similar to $PUFFY, Stonefish AI is a meme coin AI play on Sui.

Aida on Sui

Aida is the top AI agent in terms of content on Sui.

It’s still super early with AI Agents on Sui, but thus far Aida ($AIDA) is my favorite in terms of tweet quality.  The mission of Aida is to onboard retail onto Sui and it does a great job of consistently posting high quality content on X.  The notion of an AI agent focused on Sui blockchain education is intriguing to me personally. The chart for $AIDA reflects my feelings as it recently had a massive move from 140K market cap all the way up to 2.65 million in just a couple days.  In terms of pure AI agent plays on Sui, Aida is my number one pick at the moment.

Is the Sui AI Narrative Being Slept On?

The Sui blockchain experienced tremendous growth in 2024 specifically in regards to the meme coin and DeFi ecosystems.  Phantom Wallet and Backpack Wallet are both integrating the Sui Network most likely in Q1 of 2025 which should be a major catalyst for onboarding new users.  Also, new trading bot platforms like RaidenX are reducing the friction for traders on Sui.  If the AI Agent crypto narrative continues to grow, then Sui is poised to be a major beneficiary.  With Sui being the top new layer 1 blockchain this cycle, it’s a good idea to pay attention to AI tokens in the ecosystem.
